The RSE.COOP project will run alongside a transnational cooperation programme involving four other development partnerships based in Italy, France and Portugal. The cooperation programme, called RSEurope, promotes the exchange of experiences and methodologies relating to corporate social responsibility – with a particular emphasis on the cooperative sector – and aims to create a benchmark model at the European level. |

| The corresponding cooperation agreement, which will remain in force until 2007, embraces several lines of action, including: |

The setting up of a transnational team of experts to develop common reference files in the area of corporate social responsibility (diagnostic tools, evaluation indicators, application methodologies, etc.). |

 |
The programming of transnational seminars where participants will be able to exchange information regarding CSR theory and implementation practices, compare methodologies, evaluation parameters and indicators, and present national experiences and good practices. |
|
|
|
 |
The exchange of experts and organisation of cross-national training programmes to share experiences and know-how and facilitate a similar pace of progress in the different countries. |
|
|
|
 |
The creation of a virtual platform on each of the participating organisation's websites containing CSR-related information, tools, and resources used by each of the organisations, together with the outcomes of expert committee meetings and seminars. This material will also be available in paper format. |

|
 |
The setting up of a steering committee which will be responsible for taking decisions, and for organising, monitoring, and coordinating transnational activities. |

Coordinating entity: Legacoop Servizi As mentioned above, Legacoop Servizi is also a member of the Development Partnership for the project being implemented in Abruzzo. Its aim is to give support to social economy companies in their growth, diversification, and service improvement processes, with a particular emphasis on the needs and demands of the target region. |

Coordinating entity: Municipi d’Oeiras This project aims, for example, to encourage organisations and companies to integrate CSR into their strategic management practices, to establish a network of local CSR agents, and to create a local CSR observatory in Oeiras. |
