
As is required by all community programmes, RSE.COOP has a Development Partnership (DP) that is responsible for programme management, supervision, and evaluation.The current members of this DP are:
Confederacio de Cooperatives de Catalunya (CCC)
The Confederation of Catalan Cooperatives is the official representative of the programme before the Spanish Administrative Unit of the European Social Fund (UAFSE), and is responsible for managing the technical aspects of the programme and coordinating its implementation.
Its other responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing the CSR tool
- Designing and implementing the programme for one of the action lines under the complementary pilot action 1: Implementing Strategic Management Plans (action line 1C)
- Designing and implementing the programme for three of the complementary pilot actions: Equal Opportunities in Participation and Decision-Making Processes (Pilot Action 2), Reconciling Personal and Professional Life (Pilot Action 3), and Mutual Cooperation (Pilot Action 4)
- Designing and implementing programme dissemination measures
- Managing, supervising, monitoring, and evaluating the programme
- Drawing up the transnational cooperation project and agreement
- Transferring experience and results (mainstreaming)
Institut per la Promoció i la Formació Cooperatives (IPFC)
The Institute for the Promotion and Training of Cooperatives is an independent organisation affiliated with the Directorate General for the Cooperative, Social and Self-Employment Economy, which is a subordinate body of the Catalan Department of Employment.
It will monitor the programme, supervise expenditure, and issue relevant certifications during the course of the programme.
Its other responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing the programme for two of the action lines under complementary pilot action 1: coordinating training programmes for advanced management practices (Action Line 1A) and the professionalisation of cooperative management bodies (Action Line 1B)
- Managing the mechanism designed to transfer experience in government regulations and subsidies to the cooperative sector
Ajuntament de Barcelona. Àrea de Promoció Econòmica i Àrea de Dona i Dret Civil
Barcelona City Council will incorporate the CRS implementation model into its economic development strategies for the city with a view to ultimately transferring the model to all types of SMEs operating in its area.
Institut Català de les Dones (ICD)
The Catalan Institute for Women is directly affiliated with the Catalan Government’s Presidency Department.
Its responsibilities include:
- Supervising gender aspects and guaranteeing gender mainstreaming throughout the different phases of the project
- and ensuring a commitment by all partners to a gender-centred approach in their practices
- Participating in the recruitment of staff and external companies to ensure that these have appropriate knowledge of and experience in gender and equal opportunity issues
Confederación Empresarial Española de la Economía Social (CEPES)
CEPES is the Spanish Federation of Social Economy Organisations.
Its responsibilities include:
- Disseminating and transferring the programme throughout the Spanish social economy sector
- Disseminating and transferring the programme at a European level through the Euro-Mediterranean Social Economy Network.
Federació de Cooperatives Agràries de Catalunya
The Catalan Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives will participate in the design and implementation of the programme for complementary action 4: Mutual Cooperation
Federació de Cooperatives de Treball de Catalunya
The Catalan Federation of Work Cooperatives will participate in the design and implementation of the programme for complementary action 3: Reconciling Personal and Professional Life.
Federació de Cooperatives d'Ensenyament de Catalunya
The Catalan Federation of Education Cooperatives will participate in the design and implementation of the programme for complementary action 2: Equal Opportunities in Participation and Decision-Making Processes.

Managing Committee
This is the decision-making entity for the programme.
Its functions are to:
- ensure the accomplishment of objectives and planned actions
- plan all individual and common actions of national partners
- evaluate results as they are obtained
- establish any modifications deemed necessary for the proper functioning of the programme
- validate agreements resulting from the programme
It is formed by:
- a formally elected representative from each member organisation of the DP
- the monitoring body
- the technical programme management team
- two representatives of the programme beneficiaries
Technical committee
Entity responsible for the technical implementation of the programme
Its functions are to:
- coordinate planned actions and modifications proposed by the Managing Committee
- propose programme modifications to the Managing Committee in line with implementation progress and results
It is formed by:
- a representative from each member organisation of the DG
- the monitoring body
- the technical programme management team
Beneficiary Assembly
Its functions are to:
- evaluate the implementation of the programme and the results obtained
- propose modifications from the perspective of the beneficiaries
- participate in the Managing Committee (via two representatives)
It is formed by:
- all the companies participating in the programme
